The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside table, and other essentials, so it’s ready to move straight into.
The house is in a great location:
* 10-minute walk to Clapham South Station
* 15–20-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station
You’ll be living with a friendly house of Kiwis who enjoy hanging out together but are also respectful of each other’s space. Everyone is tidy, considerate, and easy to live with.
Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who’d be a good fit for the house.
Landlord will be looking for you to get on the lease so no short term rental enquiries please.
