Sadly, my current flatmate is moving out because she's off on a very exciting adventure of having a baby with her boyfriend (just to be clear... not because of me. I'm delightful, I promise 😂).

So I'm looking for someone equally lovely to take over her room in our gorgeous two-bed flat in Battersea / Clapham (SW11 1DP).

It's one of those places that actually feels like home.

- Beautiful private garden that gets loads of sunshine - perfect for summer drinks, BBQs or pretending you're on holiday while tanning.

Honestly, it's pretty ideal.

- Opposite Clapham Common
- 5-minute walk to Northcote Road
- 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction
- Around 20 minutes to Clapham Old Town
- Around 25 minutes to Clapham Common Underground
- Loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants, gyms and parks on your doorstep.

Rent: £1,400 per month
Bills: approximately £159 per month includes council tax (band c.. I think)

👋 About Me

I'm 32 and work in project management, currently working from home, so my desk lives in the living room.

I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, clean and considerate. I like keeping the flat tidy but definitely not in an obsessive way.

Outside of work I'm usually:

- Watching whatever series we're currently obsessed with
- Heading out for dinner or drinks
- Always up for a pub trip or sharing a bottle of wine at home
- Making the most of the Common whenever the sun decides to appear.

I'd love to find someone who's looking for more than just somewhere to sleep. It would be great if we got on, had the occasional catch-up over wine, watched a bit of TV together now and then, but equally respected each other's space.
