En suite room for rent in Clapham Park

Note: this is my housemate’s room. I posted an ad for my room which is deactivated as we have a prospective tennant. If that falls through that will be reactivated.

15 min walk to Clapham South & Balham
10 min bus/lime to Brixton
5 min walk to Sainsbury’s Local and anytime fitness

I am moving out of London. Have lived here for 5 years and it’s been great.
