Aussie/Kiwi flat on Wandsworth Common

We’re looking for a guy (preferably) aged 23-28 to join our house from around 20 August!

You’ll be living with Sophie (22) – teaching assistant and Caleb (24) – dog walker (couple), and Bella (25) – finance.

We’re all pretty social but also respectful of everyone’s own space. During the week we’re generally out of the house at work, although we’re happy for someone who WFH a few days a week.

You’ll usually find us watching sport (rugby, tennis, football… honestly we’ll watch anything), checking out a pub, travelling when we can, or exploring London. Equally happy with a catch-up on the couch after work.

📍 Location
The house is in an unreal spot in Clapham Junction, literally overlooking Wandsworth Common. It’s a short walk to Bellevue Road and Northcote Road, with some of the best cafés, restaurants and pubs in London (we might be a little biased).

🚉 Transport
• 5 min walk to Wandsworth Common Overground
• 5 min cycle to Clapham Junction
• 5 min cycle to Clapham South or Balham (Northern Line)
• Bus stops right outside the house connecting you to all the stations + Chelsea etc
• 10 min cycle to the Thames

• £930/month including bills
• Unfurnished but can potentially buy some things!
• Bright room with heaps of natural sunlight
• Massive built-in wardrobe with loads of storage

🏡 The house
• Fab balcony
• Huge private garden/grassed area for the flat block
• Fully equipped with all the essentials (Nespresso machine, air fryer, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.)

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, easy-going, social and keen to become part of the house rather than just rent a room. No couples please.
