Spacious Double Room with En-suite in Friendly Professional House Share

It’s time for me to move in with my partner, so I’m sadly saying goodbye to this lovely house and my great housemates.

The room is a spacious double on the ground floor with its own en-suite and plenty of built-in storage.

The house is in a great location:

* Around a 15-minute walk to Clapham South Underground station
* Bus links nearby with easy access to Brixton and Streatham Hill
* Balham is around a 20-minute walk away

The house is shared with friendly professionals. We all have our own lives, friends and plans, but we enjoy catching up and make an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere at home.

We’re respectful of each other, keep the house clean and tidy, and it’s definitely not a party house.

**Please note: The landlord is planning to sell the property, so it will be going on the market soon. We’re expecting there to be at least six months remaining before any changes, but this can’t be guaranteed and the timeline may change.
