Large double room available from 1st September 2026 in this lovely 4-bedroom Victorian terraced house. It’s perfectly located between Clapham and Brixton with an easy walk to Stockwell also (Victoria and Northern lines). You will get all the liveliness of these areas in 5-10m walk but live in a quiet residential area. Brixton, Stockwell, Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations are similarly a 5-10 minute walk. The house consists of a bright large kitchen with a glass extension, a very generous sized living/dining room, two full bathrooms and a gorgeous garden.
The bedroom is large, light and with lots of space and a high ceiling, situated to the front of the house.
Myself and the other three housemates are friendly, easy going professionals, and we’re looking for the same. I’m the housemate moving on, but you’ll be sharing with Leigh from New Zealand, Eva half British half Spanish and Mauricio from Colombia.
There is usually people around to socialise but likewise there is respect for each other’s space.
We rent directly from the Landlord, so no additional fees!
Rent will be £740 per month, with additional bills of around £120.
