Looking for a new housemate in SW11 Clapham 🏡✨

Our wonderful flatmate (and friend) is moving in with his partner, so we’re looking for someone lovely to join our home.

The room

A large, bright en-suite room with its own private bathroom and shower, in a beautiful Victorian conversion just north of Clapham Common (SW11), around a 10-minute walk to Clapham Common station and 15 minutes to Clapham Junction. It gets loads of natural light and has plenty of space to comfortably work from home.

* Rent: £1,400/month + bills
* Available: September/October (we’re flexible, so let us know what works)
* Looking for: Someone who’d like to stay long-term and is looking for their next home, not just their next room.

The flat is spacious, bright and well looked after, with a large open-plan kitchen, a cosy living room where we often unwind after work or watch shitty films, and a cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas. Clapham Common, Northcote Road, cafés, pubs, gyms and great transport links are all within walking distance.

About us

We’re two professionals (F30 & M35) working in aviation consultancy and design/software, both on hybrid schedules.

We’re not a party house, but we enjoy catching up over dinner or a drink now and then, but we also appreciate having our own space. We take pride in looking after the flat, and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll do the same. More than anything, we’ve created a home rather than just a flatshare, and we’d love to find someone looking for that too.

If you’re around your late 20s or early 30s, easy-going, considerate, and looking for somewhere to properly settle, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note that the agency will carry out the usual referencing process, including employment/contract and bank account checks. The successful applicant will also be required to pay the standard tenancy deposit.
