We are looking for someone to rent a bright airy double room in a house share with three siblings aged between 22-26

We are looking for someone:
*Young Professional who is clean and friendly
*Would be open to dog sitting on wfh days (Cute Golden Dachshund)

THE FLAT

Share a comfortable and well-maintained home featuring:
*Quiet Garden with a BBQ
*Lots of kitchen appliances: Air Fryer, Blender, Coffee Machine & Cake Mixer
*Bike shed in front garden
*Shared Living room with Netflix and Disney
*Spare room we use for drying laundry and occasionally have friends stay on the sofa bed

BILLS NOT INCLUDED - Currently we pay £150 per month in bills. This covers:
*Council Tax (Band G Wandsworth Council)
*Gas, electricity, wifi and water
*Weekly cleaner in all communal spaces
*Netflix
We currently dog sit a neighbours Golden Dachshund twice a week and this helps offset the bills leading to us skipping bills every few months.

The property is:
*10 minute walk from Clapham South Underground station
*20 minute walk or 10 min bus from Clapham Junction
*10-15 minute walk from Northcote road with lots of bars, restaurants and shops
*30 second walk to Clapham Common
