Hi! We — Brad & George (both 29) — are looking for a housemate to join our three-person flatshare in Clapham from early September.

The room is available from September 7th, when our current housemate plans to move out, but there can be some flexibility with the move-in date if required.

We’ve both lived here for several years and really like the flat and location, so we’re looking for an easy-going, sociable person to join us.
