Hii gals 💕My friend is moving back to Australia in October and I’m looking for a friendly new housemate to join me in our lovely home in Clapham!
The room is a spacious double bedroom in a bright, comfortable flat, with plenty of storage and a great location. Rent is £1,300 per month + approximately £125 bills.
The flat is a really nice place to live — comfortable and homely, with a good balance between having your own space and being able to enjoy the home together. I’m really easy-going, happy for a chat, workout, walks and I make a great coffee! I work in commercial finance and 2 days wfh.
The flat has a conciarge, swimming pool ( yup!), gym, rooftop lounge and it is right next to the tennis courts in Clapham ☺️
I’m ideally looking for a professional who is responsible, tidy and considerate. I’m very happy to have a chat/video call and arrange a viewing for anyone interested 🫶🏽
