My lovely double room in a 2 bed house is available to rent (with a parking spot!). The house is lovely with a private garden, cosy living room with TV and a spacious kitchen that is perfect for Sunday batch cooking or sharing a bottle of wine!

* Located between Balham, Clapham South and Wandsworth Common
* Sharing with one lovely 29 year old female
* Preference: young professional, Female 27+

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and there is also a separate cupboard for extra storage.

You’ll be living with my housemate - a super lovely 29 year old professional who works in Media and loves spin classes, good food, pub nights and wine & cheese. She’s sociable but respectful of space, and would love to live with someone who’s up for a chat after work, a shared Deliveroo, or a spontaneous pub visit - basically someone who is keen to make the house a home, not just a place to sleep.

We are super close to:
🌳Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common are all a short walk away.
🚆Transport: 10 minute walk to both Clapham South (Northern Line) and Balham Station (Northern Line and National Rail). Also close to Wandsworth Common (0.3 miles) for Direct Trains to Victoria. Short bus to Clapham Junction also.
☕️ Great local cafes, restaurants and pubs.
🛒Walking distance to Balham High Street which has a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and M&S Food. There is also a Sainsburys local a short walk from the house.
