Located in a beautiful, gated Mews, we’re just a 2-minute walk from Clapham North station and 5 minutes from Clapham High Street Overground, super convenient for commuting and enjoying everything Clapham has to offer!

Devastated to be leaving this amazing home, as I genuinely have the BEST housemates, the house is beautiful and it’s a great location, however I am moving in with my partner so we are looking for someone to take over my lease.

About the House & Housemates

You’ll be joining a fun, friendly, sociable, and respectful household of three professionals:
• 📺 A TV producer
• 🏗️ An engineer
• ⚖️ A paralegal

All in their late 20s to early 30s who keep the house tidy and clean. They enjoy dinners, drinks, night outs, the occasional fitness class, and summer festivals. That said, they also enjoy a night in together binging reality TV or chilling in the garden having a wine. We’ve made a house a home and want to keep that vibe.

There are currently two females and one male, so we’re ideally looking for a professional in late 20’s/early 30s, who is friendly, easy going, and respectful. We are a sociable household so someone who would like to join in with us but also has their own group of friends. Although we love to socialise it’s not a party house. The room is big enough for a desk so can WFH. No couples sorry!

👚 Large built-in wardrobe consisting of plenty of hanging and shelf space plus 8 draws.
🚪 Technically unfurnished - however may be able to sell / leave some furniture behind on discussion.

🚿 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (the other housemates will share the main bathroom).
🌿 Garden & patio – perfect for summer BBQs & drinks.
🚲 Locked shed for bike storage.

The Boring (But Important) Stuff

💰 Rent: £1390 per month.
💰Bond/ Security Deposit: £1093.86.
⚡ Bills: Around £140/month, covering utilities, council tax, internet & a cleaner.
📆 Availability: no later 30 October.
