Bright and lovely room available in a well-kept flat in Clapham North.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a lovely 26-year-old Italian girl. The flat has high ceilings and feels bright and spacious, and both the kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished and are clean and modern.

The room itself gets plenty of natural light. It’s not the biggest room, but there is additional space in the living room for the person taking the room to use — for example, you can set up your desk/workspace there, as shown in the photos.

The location is really convenient:

* Around 5 minutes’ walk to Clapham North station
* Around 7 minutes to Clapham High Street
* Around 12 minutes to Stockwell station

The flat is genuinely lovely and I’ve really enjoyed living here. I’m only moving out because my sister is coming to London and we’re going to live together.
