Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and social flatmate to share my beautiful newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Clapham! I’m looking for a flatmate who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m very happy to give each other space when needed, but would ideally love to be friends with my flatmate too!

The available room is a spacious, bright double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage. The flat has been newly refurbished throughout and has lots of natural light, a modern kitchen, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a lovely shared living space.

I’m 22 and recently moved to London from California to study at King’s College London while continuing my career as a professional swimmer. I’m pretty social and love exploring London, trying new restaurants, cooking, going out for coffee or drinks, and staying active. I’d love to live with someone who is also friendly and social and would be up for occasionally cooking together, grabbing dinner, or exploring the city!

PS. There is construction on the windows that should only last 1-2 more weeks.
