Double room available in a friendly professional house on Kerrison Road, SW11, around a 2-minute walk from Clapham Junction Station.

Flexible later start – 9th October – 31st October: £853
Option to extend until 7th November: approximately £260 extra

I’m moving into a new property and have overlapping tenancies, so I’m looking for someone who needs a short-term room in London during October. I’m not adding any premium to the rent, the £1,150 simply covers what I’m paying for the room myself.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, bedside drawers and plenty of storage.

It’s a great house spread across three floors, shared with four other working professionals aged 24–28. Everyone is really friendly and respectful, so I’m ideally looking for someone similar.

The 5 bed house has a large open-plan kitchen and communal area, as well as a private paved garden/patio, which gives plenty of shared space both inside and outside.

There is a toilet on each floor, two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, dishwasher, two large fridges and freezer space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans and everything else you would normally need, so there’s no need to bring any kitchen equipment.

The location is extremely convenient, with Clapham Junction Station around 2 minutes away, and the bars, restaurants, cafés and shops around Clapham/Battersea approximately a 5-minute walk away.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to take the room for the full month of October, although I can accommodate a later start date, with 9th October being the latest possible start.

There is also the option to stay until 7th November if needed.
