Double room in beautiful home in Clapham/Battersea

Hi everyone!

We have a double room available in Clapham junction / Battersea for end of Oct/start of Nov. The property is just off lavender hill, 10-15 walk to Clapham junction and walk 20-25 minutes to Clapham Common tube stop with a bus route that gets you there in 15.

The house is spread across three floors with a large open dining room and living room, separate kitchen and outdoor garden which is great in the summer.

The house sharing is with myself and my amazing roommate Amber. We are both in our mid-twenties.

I am 26, Canadian and working at a tech start-up and Amber is also 26, British and working in finance. We are chilled and laid back roommates who love chit chat in the kitchen. We are ideally looking to fill the room with a female also in their mid 20s.

Rent payment is: £1000 (exl bills). We are part of Wandsworth council so pay the lowest council tax (114/month as a house)
Move in date: Official lease starts on the 5th of every month (this new lease is for November 5th start) but move in is as early as October 31st

We will need confirmation by October 20th in order to give the landlord and Dexters (leasing agency) enough time to get the paperwork in order.
