Bright, spacious double room in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Clapham North, with your own bathroom and a wraparound balcony.

We’re looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving out, with Yash staying on as your new flatmate.

It’s a great top-floor flat with loads of natural light, a large open-plan living space and, best of all, you’ll only be sharing with one other person.

The room

It’s a good-sized furnished double bedroom with plenty of space to make it your own. There’s also a built-in wardrobe just outside the room for extra storage.

You’ll have your own bathroom too. It’s not technically an en suite, but it’s all yours as Yash has his own, so no fighting over the shower in the morning!

The flat

The flat has a lovely open-plan kitchen and living room, with skylights that bring in loads of natural light.

There’s also a wraparound balcony, which is a real bonus when London decides to give us some sunshine.

The living area is spacious enough to cook, relax, watch TV or have a few friends over without feeling on top of each other. With just two bedrooms, it’s always felt more like a home than a typical London flatshare.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing with Yash, who’s in his 20s and works in tech.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate and easy to get along with. Ideally, someone who’d enjoy having a chat or hanging out occasionally, but equally appreciates having their own space.

The idea is to keep the flat a relaxed, comfortable home rather than somewhere with loads of rules. Just two people who get along, respect each other’s space and do their bit to keep the place nice.
