Double room going in friendly Clapham flat share

Our lovely flatmate Max is moving into a one-bed flat in East London after spending two years here (November 2026), so we’re looking for someone to come and fill his spot!

We’re three young professionals who met on SpareRoom. We’re a social flat and enjoy each other’s company, often having a movie night or a post-work rant in the living room, but we’re also great at respecting each other’s space and lives.

You’ll be moving into a ground-floor double bedroom, with primary access to the downstairs bathroom. We share a fully equipped kitchen/living room and have a private patio out the back, which is a rare find and great for BBQs and tanning in the summer.

We’re looking for someone of a similar age who’s in full-time work (sorry, no students!), but generally, just someone with a good vibe who’ll fit in well with the current dynamic.

Water and council tax are included in the rent, and gas, electricity and Wi-Fi combined come to approximately £40 per month. Move in date is slightly flexible.

The landlord asks that applicants have a UK-based guarantor and ideally hold a UK passport. It’s a rolling contract, but we’re ideally looking for someone who’ll be here for a minimum of six months.
