Hi everyone!
We have a 3 double bed property 10 mins walk away from Clapham Common tube station.
The rooms are all different sizes. There is a Large, Medium and Small however all double with wardrobes. You can decide on how to split the rent between you.
Theres loads of storage space and parking outside the house with a permit or free parking round the corner.
The house has a garden, dishwasher, fridge freezer, new corner sofa, sofa bed etc etc
The rent is ÃÂã1950 per month. This does NOT include bills. Bill are approx ÃÂã100pp maximum.
We currently have a cleaner too. Shes comes for 2 hours every Thursday which costs ÃÂã20 per week and makes so much difference having her! But thats optional.
We are looking for 3 working professionals. Females only, and would like to let the whole property a group of 3.
House is available end of May / June.
Call or email to arrange viewings.
Its all done privately so there are no agency fee's :)
The landlord will ask for a credit report.
Thanks!
Daniella
