One double room in Clapham (Sublet) BILLS INCL

We have one room available for short sublet (end February to end of April).

The location is great, 10-15 min walk from Clapham Common, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Road and Queenstown Road Station, and plenty of buses 24/7. Plus, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are just around the corner (literally 2 minutes away).

First room: The room is a cozy double for single use, fully furnished with a bed, some storage and a built-in wardrobe.£700/month bills included
The flat has a shower+wc bathroom, a toilet and another separate shower. We have an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room.

All bills are included in the rate (council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi).

About the flatmates
We are a mix of friendly working professional who have been living together for a while, we occasionally hang out together and we respect each other’s space. We see our home as the place to wind down and chill and not as a party house. We have a 10 year old pup.

About you
We are looking for someone friendly to join our flat on a similar age and that is respectful to the house.
We expect everyone to clean after themselves and keep the common areas tidy.
