Lovely Double Room off Abbeville Road

We have one double bedroom available in a lovely home that we are looking for 1 person to move in to. You'll be living with Kiren, 29 and Syndey, 30.

We are looking for someone aged between 26 - 33, who is professional, sociable and considerate. Our house is a place where everyone works hard in the week but then like going to the pub, cinema and chilling out.

It's a great spot; there are lots of good restaurants and shops near by aswell as a farmer's market which is great for fresh bread, cheese and cakes.

The flat is a spacious Victorian property with high ceilings, wooden floors and period features. There's even a spare room for guests to stay (during non covid times) we also use for storing our suitcases or our pending Asos returns :-D – which is not let out! The room is £700 per month (same as the rest of the house) and is a decent size, bright and airy.

Bills come in at £131 per month which includes virgin tv. The landlord is really laid back and always happy to help.

The room has plenty of storage; wardrobe, drawers, design, underbed storage, shelves and cupboard.

The room is available from 20th Nov but can be available earlier if needed.
