The flat is relatively modern as the flat conversion was undertaken in circa 2010 . The main rooms have dimmers and separate mood lighting, super fast, high speed broadband, security and fire alarms.

I generally like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I am up for friends coming over for a drinks / gatherings provided reasonable notice is given but by no means do I want to live in a party house, particularly during the week.

A bit about me, I am 52 and have lived in the flat for 16 years, I work in catering operations with my working hours predominantly 07.00 to 17.00 Mon to Fri. I have a great network of friends in the area and tend to socialise with them most weekends. I have 1 gorgeous 2 year old rescue dog who I adore and spend time walking in Battersea Park or Clapham common. So dog lovers only please.

I am looking for someone who has their own life but who is also quite social and happy to have a chat at the end of the day, grab a Sunday roast or go out for a drink.
