Hello! We are on the hunt for a new housemate in our four-bed home.

You'll be joining Joe a Youtuber, Chloe a fashion buyer and Hayley a social media manager.

We're on the hunt for someone who can fit in well to the house. As we're all busy with work, in the evenings and weekends we watch a lot of TV (mainly reality shows, football, movies - we have free sky!), and enjoy socialising as part of a group as well as on our own.

So now that we've bigged ourselves up, here's about the house.

The house is in a great location - five mins from all the bars, restaurants and nightlife on Clapham High Street and Brixton. It’s just 5 mins walk from Clapham North station, 10 mins from Brixton or 15 mins to Clapham Common Tube Station.

The house has a spacious living room and dining room as well as a huge separate kitchen. The room that is available is a good sized, fully furnished double room with a bed and storage.

Agency fees and £920 deposit are required. Rent is £665 excl bills.
