The room is furnished with a double bed, a large sliding door wardrobe and chest of drawers. Large sash windows let in loads of light/sunshine, and look out onto a quiet communal garden. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob/electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and Virgin media fast broadband throughout.

Bills would work out to £100-150 per month. One month’s advance is required. With the rent it should work out to £ 900-950/month.

On street parking is available. The cost of 3 month's permit varies from free to £70.00, depending on which of Lambeth Councils' (emission) bands your vehicle falls in.
