The place has 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and a large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, cooker and all needed equipment.
The room is really beautiful, bright and well furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk.
PRICE
The room rent is £136 + £20 for bills weekly + £50 for couple ( £725 per month )
The bills amount is including everything as internet wireless and cleaning service + all classic bill council tax, electricity, gas, water...
Last month rent in advance of £675 and 725 for couple is required
4 months minimum stay contract.
