On the ground floor, I have a small garden (currently a work in progress!) and the quiet residential area means it's super peaceful. The flat is within walking distance of Balham, Brixton and Clapham.
Looking for a young professional to share my home. I keep the flat clean and tidy, and have done a lot of refurb work since moving in - so I'm looking for someone considerate and on the same wavelength with taking care of the place as their own.
The rent includes all bills, wifi etc. Expect to share responsibility for getting household bits, e. g. toilet paper, and don't really want to have do a "rota".
