Sadly our housemate is leaving to move closer to work so now we have a good sized double room available now in a fun shared social house. The room is fully furnished comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and plenty of storage – winning!

Ideally looking for an Aussie/Kiwi aged between 25-28 years old, preferred female, however we are open minded. You will be sharing with a great bunch of Aussies girls aged in our mid twenties who likes to socialise, enjoy a good pub sesh, weekend brunches and movie nights.

The house has wifi, 4 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living room and decent garden with a patio area and 2 bathrooms.

Rent is £651.25 per month. Bond is £569
Bills are approximately £50 pcm.
A once-off agency fee of £100 is required for the contract.
