Large double room in Clapham, close walk/bus (10-15 mins) to Clapham Common, South and Brixton tubes. The flat is clean and spacious, with two bathrooms between the four flatmates.
You'll be living with 3 subjectively cool and entertaining housemates. Looking for a male ideally to replace me and keep the 2:2 ratio. Brand new garden, lawn mowing experience preferred but not essential. Other than this I didn't contribute a whole lot to the house so you'll be coming in with low expectations to meet.
The room itself will be furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and heaps of wardrobe and storage space. Bills are split between us all (internet and TV is what I cover currently) and there is a cleaner twice a month, they generally come to around £70 per month....
Can be flexible with viewings but evenings are easiest.
