Two minute walk from Stockwell and five minute walk from Clapham tube stations. The Victoria and Northern lines offer great connections to Central London. It's a short walk from the flat to Clapham Common and its surrounding bars and restaurants.

- The Property -

The flat itself is cavernous, arranged over two floors. There is a separate lounge, kitchen, utility room, two bathrooms and a variety of bedrooms in different shapes and sizes.

On your behalf we will pay directly the bills for council tax, gas, electricity, water rates, phone line rental, communal cleaning (fortnightly) TV licence and internet broadband. There are then no extra costs or additional charges.
