3. Open plan kitchen - with a washing machine and dishwasher;
4. There is parking, subject to a parking permit offer via Lambeth Council;
5. Flexible move in date - can be earlier or later; and

Ideal flatmate?

- Someone who is clean and tidy! A MUST in fact. Works both ways of course. Cleaning will be 50/50. 😉
- It would be great to live with someone who enjoys their own space, but also wants to occasionally hang out and become a friend.
- No couples, single occupancy only.
