I’m subletting my spare double bedroom in Clapham Common for short-term vacancies only.

The apartment itself is a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with shared lounge area. Kitchen amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney + etc.

The bedroom is a double room with a king bed. There’s plenty of storage in the room as you would have access to the chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The SW4 location makes this property. The common is located at the end of the street and its a 12min stroll through the common to Clapham Common tube station. It’s also walking distance to Clapham Junction.

The street is a lovely, safe and well lit street. There are 3 bus stops on the street. The apartment is gated (as is the carpark)

The price includes all bills, including internet and a fortnightly cleaner who cleans all areas including the bedroom!
