I’m an Aussie primary school teacher and have been living in Clapham for 6 years now!

I’m subletting my spare double bedroom with its own master bathroom in Clapham Common.

I am flexible with the sublet lease dates as it’s currently a spare room in a 2 bed flat. There is no minimum stay and the room can be available until the end of September. (with the potential to extend for an additional week if needed). The room is available anytime from now.

This would be the perfect opportunity for someone new to the area and wanting to explore and house hunt!

The apartment itself is a clean & modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with shared lounge area. Kitchen amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney + etc.

The bedroom is a double room with a king bed. There’s plenty of storage in the room as you would have access to the chest of drawers and the built in wardrobe.

The SW4 location makes this property. We are situated across from the common and a short 10min stroll to Clapham Common tube station. We are also walking distance to Clapham Junction.

Our street is a lovely, safe and well lit street. We also have 3 bus stops on the street. The apartment is gated (as is the carpark)

The price includes all bills, including internet and a fortnightly cleaner who cleans all areas including the bedroom!
