The private bathroom has a bath, shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and plenty of storage, and is located opposite the bedroom.
The shared living space has a TV with Sky, a large sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen.
I am looking for a quiet and easy-going Monday-to-Friday lodger and would also consider a full term from September onwards.
