Sublet for July-August

Sublet available from July 17th - August 15th (£1200 bills included).

It’s a large sunny room in an estate building right on Clapham Common (has a view of the Common from the window). The room is a 5min walk from Clapham Common Station and less than 10mins to walk to Sainsbury’s Supermarket on Clapham High Street.
You will be living with two fantastic gals in their late twenties (Aussie and Kiwi). They love to spend time exploring London, go to the pub and enjoy a night out as much as a quiet night in! If you like to run, it is a 10min walk to the Clapham Common Parkrun every Saturday morning or there are plenty of cafes and bars of running isn’t your thing. This is the perfect time of year to live right next to the Common and it’s close enough that you can heat up your dinner and walk straight to the park to eat it in the evenings.
