We have a lovely double room with it's own bathroom right next to Clapham Common Station. It's a three double bedroom flat with two bathrooms.

We are looking for a new housemate as our current one is moving out after 1.5 years!

About us

We are one guy (Alesh, 29 💅🏼) and one girl (Abbey, 27).
We are super chilled and get along very well. Both professionals, working in Advertising and Radio. We like to keep the flat clean and appreciate each others' company as well as respect each others’ space.

We treat our house as a space to relax and do not use it as a " weekend party dome". Not saying we don't like to go out and have people over, but we always ensure we are not impacting each other's plans.

We are looking for a female housemate, who is similar to us. Someone who cleans after themselves and has the right balance between "going out" and "being boring" (That's how my friends described me). Someone who understands it is a shared household and contributes to making the flat feel like home.
