Hi,
I am going away for a month and was interested to see if anyone would be interested to sublet my flat for one month-1.5 months starting August 16th - September 16th (+- a couple days)? Can be a bit flexible with starting time.
Its placed on Abbeville road in Clapham about 5-8 mins from Clapham common station - very lovely and safe area.
I have a flat mate - Eimear (f, 28), she works most evenings and Sturdays as a restaurant manager (so can get a friend discount haha) in Clapham area - meaning she is at home everyday until 11am most Sundays and Mondays, but the rest of the week the flat is basically yours.
I have a gated entrance + private parking.
Including bills it comes to around 1000 per month.
