Clapham Common houseshare 🏳️‍🌈🌳

We’re looking for two fab people to join our flat as our two other mates are moving out of Clapham 💔

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small balcony and shared kitchen and living room. We’re right next to Clapham Common and a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station.

Bills are c.£175 a month each (including a cleaner for communal spaces). A roadside parking permit is available for £25 a month.

The two rooms are identical and both available from Thursday 1st October. We’re looking for people who would like this to be their home for the medium/long term!

We are 2 LGBTQ+ mates who work in finance and theatre production, with a mix of WFH and office days. We love the odd night out, cosy nights in with Netflix and critiquing the latest pop culture releases! We like hanging out together but have our own lives and downtime too. The flat is perfect for the odd gathering and those with culinary or cocktail expertise are particularly welcome 😉
