We have a single room available in our spacious 3-bedroom flat just a 4-minute walk from Clapham Common station and the High Street.

The flat is set over two floors with a shared living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. Bright, clean, and homely with neutral decor.

About us:

Eliott – 30, works in sales within the financial sector. Organised and clean with a keen interest in music (DJ and production) and fitness. Friendly and social.

Miki – 29, works in accounts within the events industry. Bubbly and chatty with a keen interest in fitness, video games, and media. Always down for a laugh and a drink.

We're looking for a clean, considerate, and sociable professional to join our home.

Rent: £695 plus bills, which are about £125-150 per month each)
Available: 28th of July onwards
