Large Double Room Girls Flat Clapham Old Town

Hi! I’m Isabella, and I’m looking for a summer sublet on my spare room - with the potential to extend.

About the room 💫
Spacious double bedroom on the 1st floor of the flat, with a king size bed (with built in storage). There’s a large slash window that looks out over the gardens. There’s a chest of drawers in the room but happy to remove these if you don’t need them.
About the flat 💫
It’s a really large flat split across 2 levels (3 levels if you count the little landing when you come in), located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a Victorian building. It has a washer and tumble dryer which are in their own little laundry room (win) as well as a dishwasher (also a win), all the other usual bits. The flat is around a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common station, or 10 if you walk fast haha! There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (2 mins) that takes you to Battersea, Chelsea and Oxford Circus. There is also a Tesco and Sainsburys at the end of the road which is super convenient!

I’d say my favourite things about the flat are:
1. So much natural light
2. Gorg Victorian period features (the fireplace ❤️‍🔥)
3. Separate room for the washing machine and tumble dryer
4. Loads of storage space
5. Stairs!! It feels like a home
6. Location!! Clapham Common is at the end of the road and we’re right next to old town.
7. Our bedrooms are on separate floors so it feels super private.
8. The dishwasher, what more can I say
9. The roof terrace! Needs a bit of work but it’s such a little sun trap.

I work as an art director for Belmond. My role is hybrid so I spend 3 days a week in office and 2 at home. I travel quite a bit for work on photoshoots.

I’d love to live with another girl in their 20s, I like to cook, watch sex and the city, and go for a cheeky pint when it’s sunny. I’m very quiet, like to chat but also keep to myself. I’m also very tidy and clean.

The bills are fully included in the rent but just as an FYI it’s roughly £180 a month including council tax, water, electricity & WiFi. I’d be happy to start with a 3 month lease but totally happy to extended it if you feel it’s a good fit!
