Double room in Clapham South close to station

Double room available from 17th July.

My lovely flatmate is moving back home, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The flat is 2-3 mins from Abbeville Road and 5-8 mins from Clapham South station and big Tesco. The common is just down the end of the road.

The room is furnished and comes with a large built in wardrobe. There is one shared bathroom and the living room and kitchen are shared too.

I work in finance and go into the office twice a week. I’m not a massive party animal but I do like the occasional pub trip or music event. I love cooking and sometimes have friends over for dinner. I’m also just getting into cycling.

With bills total cost is about £1500 a month, mostly due to Lambeth council tax.
