We are a lovely household looking for our third tenant!
We have been living here for the past 5 years and seeking for the perfect flatmate as our perfect one is moving to make her family 💓

We are two young-ish professionals working 9 to 6, Mon to Fri. We enjoy going out as much as having a glass of wine, watch a movie at home and cook something 🇮🇹 We ideally would like to find a tenant with similar mindset and who is already out of the party phase...30s hitting hard!

The house is beautifully located at a short walking distance from Clapham Common, Brixton Station and Clapham North. It is split into 3 floors: with the rooms located on the 2nd and 1st floor. The room available is located on the 1sr floor, where the kitchen is too.
