Room available: Clapham South for 2.5 months

Room available 14th June – 31st August (2.5 months)

We’re looking for someone to take a room in our flat for the summer, ideally someone doing an internship or starting a new job in London.

The flat is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Clapham South tube (Northern line), right across from Clapham Common. You’re well connected to the City and Canary Wharf, with a straightforward commute into central London.
You’d be living with two friendly guys who both work in finance in the centre of London. We keep the flat tidy, are sociable but respect each other’s space, and are out during the day.

The timing makes this ideal for summer interns or anyone on a fixed-term contract who needs a great base in south-west London without being tied into a long tenancy.

Clapham has everything you need on your doorstep. Great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the Common for evening runs or weekend afternoons in the sun.
