Clean & Cozy Double Room

Hello!

My name is Ben, I’m a live-in landlord for my flat in Clapham, just off the north side of the Common. I’ve got a lovely double room to rent, which is spacious, modern and part of a split-level maisonette here in Clapham Common.

The flat boasts a brand new boiler(!), modern kitchen and bathroom with spacious rainforest shower (possibly my favourite part of the house!).

We are about 5 minutes walk from the common, shops and other amenities. There is off-road parking on our quiet leafy estate, friendly neighbours and plenty of nice house plants that are my main dependents.

Ideally looking for someone who is commuting in and out of the city, as I can provide a nice relaxing, clean and calm flat to serve as your base for the week time.

A little about me, I am 36, single, I enjoy painting and films, literature, cooking (mostly the eating part). I mostly keep to myself but am very friendly and really enjoy the odd drink or meal in the evening with flatmates, if they are keen.
