My female friend and I have a double bedroom with garden view from the window, in a desirable Victorian house conversion in Clapham Common in our house to rent.

This is more than a house share, it’s the chance to live in one of London’s best neighbourhoods, in a home full of character and warmth.

The house is very clean an tidy.
Parties are not allowed.
No smokers
No visitors
We kindly ask to take your shoes when come inside from outside and wash your hands (for hygienic purposes)

I would like to rent the room with someone who is tidy and not very noisy as I'm a quiet person 🤫

There is a shower in the toilet plus a bath 🛀

NOTE THAT: ATM we are renting for just short term but if things go well we can discuss extending the period.
