Hi all – we’ve got one room coming up in a great 4-bed house in Clapham from 11th October.
The place is about a 5-minute walk (if that) from Clapham Common tube, so really well connected, and just by the common itself. The room is a good size and rent is £1,126. Bills usually come to around £100–£150.
The house has a large living room, a separate kitchen, a dining room, and a nice private outdoor courtyard at the back. There’s also a utility room and additional storage space.
