Two Rooms in 4 bed flat - Clapham Common

Hi all – we’ve got two rooms coming up in a great 4-bed house in Clapham from early July.

The place is about a 5-minute walk (if that) from Clapham Common tube, so really well connected, and just by the common itself. Both rooms are a good size and rent is £1,187 for one room and £1,126 for the other. Bills usually come to around £100–£150.

The house has a large living room, a separate kitchen, a dining room, and a nice private outdoor courtyard at the back. There’s also a utility room and additional storage space.

A bit about us – I’m Tom, moving in July, and Will currently lives there. We both have graduate roles.

We’re both pretty social, enjoy the pub, gym, and rugby. Looking for people who are tidy, clean, and respectful.
