Looking for someone to take over my room in an unusually large house directly opposite Clapham Common — genuinely rare for London in both size and layout.

The house is owned and designed by a professional footballer, with a big focus on entertaining, social spaces, and high-end finishes throughout.

You’d be living with three friendly, outgoing professionals who all have their own lives going on but enjoy socialising together.

The Room

Large downstairs bedroom with excellent privacy (the only bedroom on the ground floor)

To give an idea of the scale of the place — we’ve comfortably hosted birthdays with 60+ people here before.

Bills usually come to around £150–£200 per month depending on the time of year. This includes a fortnightly cleaner.

Also worth noting there’s a small section near the cinema room currently finishing renovations, which should be completed within the next few weeks and likely before a new flatmate moves in.
