🌞 Double room in Clapham available for sub-let 🌞

Hi! I’m Charlotte, I’m studying at the Guildhall School of Music and I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room during the summer holiday! Dates approximately between 19th June - 4th September (11 weeks).

You would be living with 4 other wonderful people (2 gals 2 guys), all in their mid 20’s - early 30’s. Everyone is super sociable but also respectful of your space. The location is a dream, super close to the tube and you have everything on your doorstep including pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and the common! There is a separate large kitchen and lounge, and a courtyard out the back with a small table and chairs.

My room is on the top floor which means it’s super bright and airy! The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table, as well as some storage cubby holes. You would be sharing a large bathroom with 2 other housemates.

Ideally looking for one person for the entire time, but can be flexible if needed.

Price is £275 /week including all bills.
Available between 19th June - 4th September (can be flexible)
Not suitable for couples - sorry!
