Our housemate is sadly moving out and we're on the lookout for a fun and sociable person to take the room in our incredible 4 bed house.

The house is amazing, our landlord is an ex Chelsea footballer and you can tell by the spec of the house. The house is over 3,000 sq ft (split over 2 floors) and is 6 times larger than Rob's old 1 bed. It has a cinema room, a working from home area (home WeWork), another TV area in the kitchen plus dining area. There are also are also 3x terraces so tonnes of outdoors space plus also a downstairs loo. I know you're supposed to oversell but genuinely this house is next level and is great for hosting parties which happen from time to time.

The room itself is a double ensuite, next to the kitchen, and is perfect for someone who is sociable and who wants to get involved in the active world of Clapham. You will be living with Mish, Hannah and Rob who are incredibly friendly and welcoming and are between the ages of 34-38.

There is cleaner every other week and bills come to an additional £200-300 a month.

Ideal move in date is the 20th June, look forward to hearing from you
