Nice room in big, sociable house in Clapham

Hi, we're looking for a new flatmate for our big house in Clapham.

The House:

This 6 bedroom house has been newly refurbished throughout and offers a huge double room in an amazing location.

The ground floor consists of a double reception/dining area/living room and large kitchen leading on to a lovely garden, which is well kept by a regular gardener.

There are 6 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms - split evenly over the first and second floors.

The Room:

The large double room being is on the top floor at the front of the house and and comes furnished (with a bed, two cupboards, drawers, and two small bedside tables). Licence to occupy agreement begins from 5th July.

The Services:

All bills including gas, electricity, water, TV licence are included in the rent.
Virgin Wi-Fi is also included as well as a weekly cleaner for communal areas. We also have access to all netflix, Sky Movies, Prime Video and Disney.

The housemates:

All very sociable with a range of interests including: music/gigs, takeaway & movie nights, heading to the pub and everything else you'd expect of people in their mid/late twenties to early thirties in London. We're fortunate that we've got a friendly house where people regularly hang out together. We are currently three boys, and two girls.
