Clapham Old Town Flat

Hello! We are currently looking for a flatmate to join us in Clapham Old Town (Clapham Common).

You'll be living with myself (Peter / 34) & Tom (30). I run a live events company and Tom works in finance in the City.

We are both avid sports fans (mainly football / rugby) and regularly spend weekends/evenings watching together with a few beers, but also respect each other's spaces.

We are seeking a clean and tidy professional to join us commencing 14th August 2026 (some flexibility on the move in date).

The room is a good size double with a built in wardrobe & space for a desk. Both Tom & you will share the main bathroom (Peter has an en-suite) & we have a good size open plan kitchen / lounge area.

Rent is £1155 / Bills are circa £140-£170 (inclusive of Lambeth council tax band C) per month dependant on summer/winter.

The flat is in the heart of Clapham Old Town in a gated mews (1x flat car park), around 5 minute's walk from Clapham Common Station. There are three pubs within 2 minutes walk of the flat, as well as a Sainsbury's local and a range of coffee and deli shops and Clapham High Street beyond.
