I have a room available in a 4 person share house 5-10 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station, Based on Abbeville Road.

It is a lovely well kept 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house, two girls share one bathroom and two guys share the other.

There is a big garden out the back and a big living room, house is absolutely lovely.

You are a 5 minute walk to Clapham High Street where you have everything you need, Big Sainsburys, M&S, all the take away options you could want, many pubs and bars.

Absolutely lovely house mates, everyone gets on and fancies a drink or two out together from time to time.

Rent is due on the 21st of each month. the 21st of August will be 1100 pounds then going forward there was a rent increase so from the 21st of September it will be 1225

Room is fully furnished, comes with a desk, chair, 1440p computer monitor, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, bed and tv mounted to the wall, can have all of this included for 400 pounds neg.
